Smoky slow-cooked, bourbon infused pork shoulder overflowing with flavour, finished off with a slaw and fennel salad served on 3 mini brioche milk buns


Vegetable Empanadas (Vegan x4)

A sumptuous combination of potato, spinach, cauliflower, peas, onion and garam marsala enclosed in a crispy shortcrust pastry, served with a creamy side of guacamole   


Mediterranean Salad (GF)

Perfectly balanced with rocket, chickpeas, olives, cucumbers, roasted caps, tangy feta, brought together with a simple herby vinaigrette






Coffee, chocolate and kahlua flavoured layered creamy sponge desert


Coconut, Pineapple Sorbet (Vegan & GF)

Refreshing combination of coconut flakes, banana, lime and coconut milk
